Our Services

Turning Your Software Investment into an Efficient Production System

We provide services across ten areas, from SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDWORKS PDM and SWOOD implementation to engineering, animation and assembly instructions, and from macro and API development to furniture CAD/CAM consulting. Every project starts with an analysis of your workflow; we then set up the system, hand it over to your team and support it in daily use.

Service Areas

Ten specialist services in three areas

From putting software into production to creating technical content and building custom tools, choose the service you need; you will find the details of each one below.

Our Implementation Methodology

Six steps from analysis to lasting adoption

We run every implementation project the same way: the scope is defined up front, the output of each step is reviewed together, and the system is handed over to your team with documentation.

  1. Discovery and analysisWe review your design and production workflow, file structure, hardware and machines, on site or remotely.Needs analysis
  2. Project planWe agree on a plan covering scope, steps, timeline and the responsibilities of both sides.Scope and timeline
  3. Installation and configurationWe install the software and configure system settings, users and permissions to the agreed structure.Configured system
  4. Templates, libraries and dataWe prepare templates, libraries and rules, and migrate your existing data into the new structure.Ready-to-use libraries
  5. Training and go-liveWe train your team on your own products and stay with you through the first live projects.Trained team
  6. Support and improvementAfter go-live we provide technical support and refine the system based on your feedback.Ongoing support
Defined scopeThe output of each step is set at the start of the project and reviewed together when the step ends.
Documented handoverSettings, templates and rules are handed over with documentation, so the system does not depend on individuals.
Phased rolloutA pilot project or team first, then all users, so your production keeps running.

01 · Implementation

01Implementation

SOLIDWORKS Implementation

We do not leave SOLIDWORKS on its default settings; we configure it around your design standards and production structure. After reviewing how your team works today, we set up templates, libraries and system options so that everyone works the same way.

Scope

  • Review of your design process, file structure and hardware
  • Part, assembly and drawing templates; title blocks and drafting standards
  • Material database, custom properties and bill of materials (BOM) structure
  • Toolbox, standard parts and company libraries
  • Shared system options and file locations for all users
  • Large assembly performance review and working recommendations

02Implementation

PDM Implementation and Services

With SOLIDWORKS PDM we bring your design data into a single vault and set up the folder structure, permissions, revision rules and approval workflows around your processes. After go-live we keep the system running with vault maintenance, new workflows and version upgrades.

Scope

  • Choosing PDM Standard or Professional; server and client installation
  • Vault structure, folder templates and data cards
  • User groups, permissions and revision scheme
  • Approval and engineering change workflows with notifications
  • Migration of existing files into PDM with their references intact
  • Backups, version upgrades and vault maintenance

03Implementation

SWOOD Implementation

We adapt SWOOD Design to your production rules. From material and edge banding definitions to joinery and hardware rules, and from cut lists to a parametric module library, we set up the design environment around the way you manufacture.

Scope

  • Analysis of your product range, production methods and materials
  • Board, laminate and edge banding material definitions
  • Hardware library and rules for connectors, hinges and drawer slides
  • Parametric box and module library with SWOOD Center
  • Cut list, bill of materials and costing report templates
  • Report formats aligned with your ERP and purchasing processes

04Implementation

SWOOD CAM Implementation

We configure SWOOD CAM for your CNC machines and tooling. Drilling, grooving, pocketing and contouring operations are prepared from the SOLIDWORKS model, so machine-ready programs reach the shop floor without redrawing parts.

Scope

  • Review of machines, controllers and tool inventory
  • Machine definitions and tool library
  • Automatic machining rules for drilling, grooves, pockets and contours
  • Commissioning a post processor that suits your machine
  • Program verification with simulation and test cuts
  • Training for CAM users and machine operators

05Implementation

SWOOD Nesting Implementation

We set up SWOOD Nesting around your board stock and cutting rules. By defining grain direction, part spacing and offcut rules, we build a flow that reduces waste and is fed by the same model from order to cutting.

Scope

  • Board stock, sizes and material mapping
  • Grain direction, part spacing and trim margin rules
  • Recording and reusing offcuts
  • Part labels and cutting reports
  • Turning nested layouts into machine-ready CNC programs
  • Nesting by order and by batch
